Stewardship, not fixing.

I hold therapy as a process of stewardship — nothing to fix, and everything to learn. Whether I'm working with an individual, a couple, or a family, we attune to what's happening in your emotional life and relationships with honesty and curiosity, and begin making space for something more grounded, authentic, and supportive to emerge.

Individuals (Adults)

For adults, our work often means meeting long-standing patterns of trauma, anxiety, depression, and the life transitions that ask us to change. We slow down enough to understand these patterns with compassion — not to force yourself to be different, but to live more in alignment with what matters to you.

Adolescents (13–18)

Adolescence asks a lot. Our work can mean making sense of intense feelings, navigating identity shifts, and meeting pressure from school, family, and peers. I offer teens a steady, non-judgmental space to feel understood and to find their own footing.

Couples

Relationships move through cycles of tension, growth, rupture, and repair. Together we notice how each person's ways of coping interact within the relationship, and find new ways of relating that feel more connected and less reactive — so what feels like falling apart can become reorganization and renewal.

Families

Every family develops its own patterns of coping and connection. Our work means noticing how those patterns interact, slowing down the reactivity, and discovering new ways of being together that make room for honesty, repair, and care.
